Although it no longer has the name at the top of its sign, Cedar Park Plaza was built in 1965 and features several businesses that have been at this location for 20 years. Nelson Pruett Mortgage Co. bought the plaza in 1991, and Pruett purchased the land northeast of the plaza in 1998. It was there the plaza expanded to include the Cedar Park Business Center.
