Outlook for 2012
Mayor Lucy Johnson: "The City of Kyle is positioned to take full advantage of the continued economic recovery in 2012. I look forward to continued job growth in Kyle as well as some very exciting commercial and retail expansion. Our hard work in 2011 has really set the stage for a highly successful 2012, and I'm very much looking forward to the coming year."
City Manager Lanny Lambert: "Our focus for 2012 is going to be based on enhancing and improving upon the quality and level of services we are providing for our residents, businesses and visitors.
"As our city continues to grow, we want to continue to work with the council and our boards and commissions to manage that growth in a responsible manner and to ensure that the needs of the citizens are being met. I believe that 2012 will be a very good year, but there also remains a lot of really hard work to be done to get our city to where we all want it to be."
