Ask team members at Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries and Shakes how they're doing, and the response will likely be "Mighty Fine."
The staff's Texas hospitality makes Mighty Fine unlike other burger joints, General Manager Brian Morris said.
"Our people set us apart more than anything else that we have. They are the key ingredient," he said.
As one of four Mighty Fines, all in the Austin area, Morris said the restaurant has special ties to the community.
"We've been able to work a little with the high schools, and we're looking to become more involved with them. It's something that we see as an opportunity that we need to take advantage of," Morris said.
Mighty Fine opened on Labor Day weekend in 2011, and the restaurant did as much business in the first four days as any other Mighty Fine did that entire week, Morris said.
"We had more requests to come open a store in Cedar Park than any other area of town," he said.
This year, Mighty Fine will offer holiday-themed milkshakes for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day and Independence Day.
