Despite some Steiner Ranch residents' protests, Quinlan Crossing, 5145 N. RR 620, is planned to open this spring with Randalls as its anchor.

Restaurants, medical/office buildings and retail are planned.

Entrances to the 150,000-square-foot shopping center are at RR 620, where a stoplight is being added to help with traffic safety, and Quinlan's Crossing Road. A proposed walking trail would link the Outback and Buckaroo trails.
