MileStone Community Builders will break ground this month on a $25 million luxury residential development near the intersection of Parmer Lane and Brushy Creek Road named The Reserve at Brushy Creek. MileStone is the company behind West Cypress Hills neighborhood in West Austin, and according to a news release, the new development planned for Cedar Park will be very similar, with homes from the Pinnacle Collection.

"We are thrilled to bring the luxury Pinnacle Home Collection to Cedar Park, which will deliver an unprecedented level of quality to this area of Austin," said Garrett Martin, CEO of MileStone Community Builders, in a news release. "This new community offers a tremendous location with exceptional amenities surrounded by greenbelts and the picturesque Brushy Creek area."

The project will have 130 single family residences on approximately 30 acres, said Natalie Bowers, MileStone marketing director. The City of Cedar Park approved the construction plans for the development, and Duncan Commercial handled the sale of the property to MileStone.
