Maui’s Meals—a home-based dog food business—has expanded to sell its products in new locations in Porter and Kingwood, owner Rebecca Balaskovits confirmed Sept. 8. The business began operating in April 2025, selling products at local vendor markets and online, as previously reported by Community Impact.
On Aug. 14, Maui’s Meals began offering products at Kingwood Pet Resort, Balaskovits said. Beginning Sept. 8, the business’s products became available at Yepes Animal Hotel.
What they offer
According to the Maui’s Meals website, the business sells human-grade dog food and treats with ingredients such as:
Chicken, beef, turkey or salmon
Rice
Eggs
Kidney, black, garbanzo or pinto beans
Pumpkin puree, zucchini or spinach
Strawberries, blueberries or bananas

Maui’s Meals is named after Balaskovits’s dog, Maui, whom she adopted in 2019, as previously reported. Products are also available for sale at the Cowboy Feed Store in New Caney.
