Phoenix Saloon celebrates 10 years of business this February at 193 W. San Antonio St., New Braunfels. The saloon’s heritage reaches back more than a hundred years, and according to the business’s website, alcohol was brewed in the basement and exported through tunnels under downtown during Prohibition.
