Tip Top Cleaners temporarily relocates in New Braunfels after fire

Tip Top Cleaners, a locally owned dry cleaning and laundry service, has temporarily relocated in New Braunfels after a fire.

The overview

Co-owner Ian Acosta said they temporarily relocated from 321 W. Mill St. following a fire on Aug. 4. Acosta said they are temporarily operating at Hill Country Cleaners, which is located at 1030 S. Business I-35. Customers can also use their mobile pickup and delivery service.

Acosta said they are hoping to reopen by the end of the year, although reopening will be based on insurance claims and how quickly they can restore their equipment.

Acosta said the community has been supportive since the fire.

"We are doing everything we absolutely can as business owners to keep all of our customers as serviced as possible. We don't want to become another memory, another one of these businesses that close their doors," Acosta said.
