SVN | Norris Commercial Group will open The Shops at Clear Springs at 1761 TX-46, New Braunfels, in the fall. Spaces are currently being leased for the one-story, 17,819 square-foot building that will feature a variety of restaurants and retail businesses. A drive-thru window will be placed at one end of the building, as well as a patio area that is suited for a restaurant, bar and grill. Additionally, a 270-unit apartment complex is planned adjacent to the retail center. Seidel Construction has begun site work at the location, and construction is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
