The restaurant will be opening at 2292 Sophie Lane in the Solms Landing development, Owner Thana Trepetch told Community Impact.
Trepetch said she is excited to bring her cuisine to New Braunfels. She said she believes that Spoon + Fork Thai Kitchen will become New Braunfels locals' new favorite dining destination.
