La Belle Vie, a locally owned home goods and antique shop, is going to be converted into a new event hall for downtown bar Cowboys and Cadillacs.
The full story
La Belle Vie is owned by Shaina Corzine, who said it was time to “let the space move forward with a greater need and demand.”
Corzine also owns Red Stag and Luxe Design Studio, which will continue providing custom furniture and design services for residential and commercial needs, Corzine said in an email to Community Impact.
As owner of the building in which those businesses reside, Corzine said Cowboys and Cadillacs is expanding their needs, which led to her decision to reallocate the space.
“It will serve as a weather back up for private parties booked on the rooftop," Corzine said in the email.
The hall will be available to rent for special events and private parties. Cowboy Hall will also serve as a place to host pop-up events for Cowboys and Cadillacs, Corzine said in the email.
La Belle Vie opened in 2010 and sold French and Belgian antiques directly from Europe. Corzine said they will continue to sell antique and new furniture in Red Stag along with their children’s items.

The space will be available as soon as the city will allow, Corzine said.
