Health and wellness hub Adoration opens in New Braunfels

A locally owned health and wellness hub has opened its doors off FM 1863 in New Braunfels.

Adoration, owned by Kelly Richardson, offers red light therapy and has a vibration plate that aims to help eliminate inflammation. Adoration also has a ReGen Total Wellness cold plunge.

Richardson said she hopes to bring in someone who does eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, commonly known as EMDR, therapy for individuals who have post-traumatic stress disorder.

"I would like to be able to have veterans come get treated," Richardson told Community Impact.

Adoration offers mat Pilates classes and has a gym. Adoration also has a sauna that offers infrared heat and wet heat, Richardson said.

Richardson said she is also hoping to find a food truck that serves juice or coffee to have on the property.
