Betty Lou Coffee Co. is set to open its second location within New Braunfels as it approaches its one-year anniversary.

Courtney Dallimore, owner of Betty Lou, is expanding her coffee business by opening a second location inside The Weighted Plate.
This collaboration will utilize the existing bar space to offer a blend of coffee and pastries in the morning, transitioning to cocktails and small bites in the evening, Dallimore said.
“We’re excited to join forces with Cody and bring something new to New Braunfels,” Dallimore said. “There’s nothing like this [in New Braunfels] ... a coffee and bar combination.”
About the owners
The name Betty Lou is a homage to Dallimore’s grandparents, she said, combining the names Betty and Marvin Louis.
Dallimore—a nurse by trade—has always had a passion for coffee, she said. Some of her earliest memories was enjoying coffee with her family.
Dallimore and her husband bought the trailer in the summer of 2023 and opened the first Betty Lou location in October 2023.
