Betty Lou Coffee Co. is owned by New Braunfels local Courtney Dallimore.

The coffee truck sells a variety of noncaffeinated and caffeinated beverages, including cold brew, lemonade, matcha, tea and more.

Dallimore said they try to use quality ingredients.

"We try to use a lot of whole ingredients—like we use real honey and real cinammon powder in some of our drinks," Dallimore said.

The coffee truck travels around New Braunfels but has a semipermanent location at Kiddie Academy.
