The city is working to finalize a development agreement for the construction of Laud Howell Parkway from Trinity Falls Parkway to Lake Forest Drive. Upon completion, Laud Howell Parkway will be a four-lane divided road from Trinity Falls Parkway to the Honeycreek development. The project also includes a six-lane bridge over Honeycreek, two-lane road from Honeycreek to Lake Forest Drive and an additional travel lane in each direction along Laud Howell from US 75 to Trinity Falls.
