A new Chipotle restaurant in west McKinney is slated to open its doors May 5, a representative of the company confirmed.

The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain offers custom bowls, salads and burritos, the website states. This restaurant features a Chipotlane—a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to pick up digital orders without leaving their cars.

The restaurant will be a tenant in the Eldorado Neighborhood Shops development, a project by Plano-based SLX Capital that will be anchored by a Trader Joe’s store at the southwest corner of Stonebridge Drive and Eldorado Parkway in McKinney.

The new McKinney location is hiring, a representative said in an email. The new eatery joins four other existing Chipotle restaurants in McKinney, according to the company’s website.
