With all 44 voting centers reporting, George Fuller is McKinney’s next mayor.
Fuller had 6,510 votes or 58.65 percent.
Fuller said he is very happy with the results and wants to focus on the east side of McKinney and focus on making the city an easier place to do business.
Randy Pogue had 4,150 votes or 37.39 percent and Danny Bishop had 439 votes or 3.96 percent.
Pogue thanked the citizens of McKinney for letting him serve on City Council as mayor pro tem.
“I think George and I share a similar dream for McKinney, that it not only be the best place in America but the best place for life,” Pogue said.
