Uptown Cheapskate recently opened in McKinney’s 380 Marketplace, a company representative said. The store is currently only buying merchandise from sellers. A grand opening will be scheduled in April once the store is filled with merchandise, the representative said.

Two new businesses, Gravy & More and Integrity Urgent Care, were recently announced as tenants slated to join the rebranded 380 Marketplace retail center in McKinney.
380 Marketplace, formerly known as Sunrise Center, was originally built in 1985. The center was purchased by Precision Investments in mid-December 2024, and is undergoing a renovation and rebranding project. The center is located across University Drive from the Raytheon campus between US 75 and Hardin Boulevard.
