Gravy & More, Integrity Urgent Care to join rebranded 380 Marketplace retail center in McKinney

Two new businesses are slated to join the rebranded 380 Marketplace retail center in McKinney.

Gravy & More is set to open in the third quarter of 2026 and Integrity Urgent Care is slated to open in the fourth quarter, Precision Investments Managing Partner Dan Avnery said in an email.

Gravy & More will serve breakfast and lunch. Many items, including the Gravy Train Breakfast and Papa Dave’s Meatloaf, are served with gravy. Additional menu items include French toast, pancakes, waffles, sliders, sandwiches, salads and more, the restaurant’s website states.

Integrity Urgent Care will offer a variety of healthcare services including urgent care, primary care, virtual primary care, occupational medicine and more, the company website states.

Uptown Cheapskate was announced as a future 380 Marketplace tenant last year. The business sells gently-used clothing and accessories that are in excellent condition while focusing on buying current trends and unique finds for men and women.

What’s happening

380 Marketplace, formerly known as Sunrise Center, was originally built in 1985. The center was purchased by Precision Investments in mid-December 2024, and is undergoing a renovation and rebranding project. The center is located across University Drive from the Raytheon campus between US 75 and Hardin Boulevard.
