New Haven Memory Care at 609 S. Pine St., Tomball, will break ground Feb. 13 on a 28-apartment assisted living community next door, Executive Director Mark Bearden said. Construction is anticipated to be complete in September with reservations accepted beginning in mid-2019, he said. The assisted living community will feature private suites with a bedroom and bathroom in each unit as well as a kitchenette. Amenities will also include three chef-prepared meals daily, an in-house beauty salon, sunrooms, a courtyard, TV, Wi-Fi, housekeeping services, transportation services, utilities and suite maintenance.
