The Tomball Historic Depot Plaza, located at 201 S. Elm St., Tomball, will celebrate the grand reopening this month of its railroad museum, which includes the detailed Z-scale and O-scale model railways where 1 inch measures 220 inches and 48 inches, respectively. Museum additions also include a Speeder Maintenance Shed housing railroading tools and memorabilia from the mid-1950s as well as The Walden Waiting Room, which includes a gallery of railroad illustrations drawn by Ken Walden, a former volunteer station agent at The Depot, according to a news release.
