Louisiana Fried Chicken & Seafood, which opened its first Houston-area location in 2011, will open in April at 905 W. Main St., Tomball. The fast-casual eatery offers Cajun-style chicken and seafood dishes made from scratch, including various gumbos, etouffee and jambalaya. A location on Spring Cypress Road opened in early March.
