Owner Brittney Aplin said she plans to open Captain Brad's Coastal Kitchen in mid- to late-October at 24435 Hwy. 249, Tomball. Located in the Northpointe area, Captain Brad's will offer seafood items—including chargrilled oysters, crawfish and crab legs—as well as specialty burgers, steak, wings, quesadillas and other dishes. The restaurant will also offer patio seating and draft beer, Aplin said. Aplin said she and the kitchen lead for Captain Brad's have ties to Blue Water Seafood, a seafood restaurant with locations around Houston.
