Co-owners Tracey and Randy Harmon will open Craving Kernels Gourmet Popcorn & Treats in December at 312 Market St., Tomball. The business will be located near Fire Ant Brewpub in the newly constructed development on Market Street.

Craving Kernels will offer more than 50 flavors of gourmet popcorn popped fresh daily as well as bulk candy, including chocolates and jelly beans, Tracey Harmon said in an email. Additionally, the shop will feature freshly made gourmet treats, such as seasoned and candy-coated pretzels and chocolate-dipped marshmallows and Oreos. Gift tins and boxes, sports-themed tins and custom gourmet popcorn bars will also be available for special events. Harmon said the business plans to offer special Tomball High School Cougars and Tomball Memorial High School Wildcats treat mixes as well to support school spirit.
