Seafood restaurant Captain Brad’s Coastal Kitchen, located at 24435 Hwy. 249, Tomball, will open later this year, according to an April news release from real estate firm The Weitzman Group. The restaurant leased space in Northpointe Center near the intersection of Hwy. 249 and Northpointe Boulevard in April.
