The Panther Creek Village Medical Center will relocate from 4775 W. Panther Creek Drive, Ste. 345, to the Panther Creek Professional Plaza, located at 4840 W. Panther Creek Drive, Ste. 106, The Woodlands, on Jan. 28. The medical center offers family medicine, internal medicine and pediatric care.
