The Woodlands Christian Academy, located at 5800 Academy Way, The Woodlands, celebrated the ground breaking of its newest addition to the school’s 40-acre campus May 7. The Christian college-preparatory private school offers classes for students in grades pre-K-12. Construction on the school’s new collegiate-style, three-story high school building, began in late May and is expected to wrap up in second quarter 2019, according to school officials. 936-273-2555. www.twca.net
