Vitacca Vocational School for Dance founder Kelly Ann Vitacca announced plans to acquire Payne Academy of Ballet at 9391 Grogans Mill Road, The Woodlands. The school will be rebranded as Vitacca Vocational School for Dance Woodlands and welcomes dancers ages 3-18.
