Pepe’s Mexican Food will open in early September at 544 Sawdust Road. The restaurant will serve burritos, tacos, enchiladas, homemade tamales and rolled taquitos. The restaurant’s signature ingredients are lean shredded beef and homemade sauces, owner Jose Garcia said.
