Moonlight Bar-B-Q Company opened July 10 at 24930 Budde Road, Spring, the former location of CorkScrew BBQ. The Texas barbecue joint offers Southern staples, such as sliced brisket, chopped beef, sausage, ribs, smoked turkey and chicken, as well as baked potatoes, beans and daily desserts, such as peach cobbler and banana pudding.
The restaurant also hosts drawings for free food prizes on a monthly basis for patrons who tag the restaurant on social media in photos taken in front of the eatery’s Texas flag photo spot.
