Owners Ed and Susan Scruggs opened Art Outlet at 27510 I-45 N., Oak Ridge North, in March 2012. To celebrate the gallery’s five-year anniversary, the Scruggs will host an open house March 6 from 5:30- 7:30 p.m., and local artists are invited to showcase and sell their work. 281-292-0498.
