A $1.2 million renovation was completed Dec. 23 at The Club at Carlton Woods. After severe flooding in May, the club’s Tom Fazio Championship Course experienced structural damage. This resulted in a four-month renovation period, which began in August. The golf-centric club underwent a bunker size reduction as well as an overall course size reduction.
