The Tex-Mex chain Fajita Pete's plans to open its first location in The Woodlands area July 20. The new restaurant will be located in the Birnham Woods Marketplace at 4127 Riley Fuzzel Road, Ste. 400, Spring. Fajita Pete's menu centers on fajitas, Mexican entrees, side dishes and desserts along with frozen margaritas, also available to-go.
