A new Indian restaurant, Curry Masala, plans to open early this June in northern Spring. The eatery will be located at the former site of Bubba T's Cajun Kitchen, 610 Rayford Road, Ste. 638, Spring. Curry Masala will be operated by the owner of Zara's Mediterranean Kitchen, located nearby at 415 Rayford Road, Spring. A website has not yet been set up for the restaurant, the owner said.
