Spring-based Cole Veterinary Hospital is planning a summer 2020 opening for a new freestanding hospital in Harmony at 3494 Discovery Creek Blvd., Spring. The clinic provides services from boarding and grooming to testing, vaccinations and surgery. Dr. Wil Cole said the Harmony hospital will also feature around 40 kennels, seven exam rooms and new treatment areas when it opens next summer.
