The Millie's Southern Cuisine food truck plans to reopen in Spring on May 16. The mobile kitchen originally opened in 2016, but it stopped operating in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. The rebooted truck will set up shop at 1810 Rayford Road and offers Southern-style chicken, sides and desserts, including banana pudding cheesecake and Louisiana pecan pralines. 832-819-7494.
