Cupcakes & Bubbles held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Tomball Chamber of Commerce on July 24 to mark its official grand opening at 26400 Kuykendahl Road, Ste. 160, Tomball. The new shop will serve fresh cupcakes and champagne; it will also offer wine tasting nights and cupcake decorating classes.
