Woodsedge Properties announced Feb. 27 that it negotiated and closed the purchase of a 37,500-square-foot warehouse project, located at 17027 S. Trade Center Parkway, The Woodlands.
The facility is undergoing renovations to expand its leasing area to more than 57,000 square feet—40,000 square feet of which has been pre-leased by tenants. Those tenants include
North Water District Laboratory Services, Inc., a water toxicology testing laboratory,
Eskimo Insulation, a spray foam insulation company, and the business office of
Olde Dobbin Station, a wedding venue in Montgomery.
“We can’t wait to consolidate our operations in a single building," NWDLS CEO Derek McCoy said in a statement. “Besides the financial benefit of a larger, long-term lease deal on the building, centralizing operations will enable us to deploy our fleet into a wider service area to better serve our clients.”
The facility still has 15,000 square feet of office space available for lease.
“We can say with certainty that Eskimo [Insulation] is now ready to grow with intention,” Eskimo Insulation Executive Director Robert McCoy said in a statement. “The new facility gives us the capacity to grow vertically and become the leading supplier of spray foam for the Greater Houston Metro market.”
