Franchisees Kevin and Kimberly Dollens opened a CDB American Shaman location Aug. 30 in the Colony Plaza Shopping Center at 4741 S. Hwy. 6, Missouri City. The shop offers CBD–cannibidiol–products derived from hemp plants to help reduce symptoms of a variety of ailments, from anxiety to arthritis. The items include massage oils, topical creams, lotions and gummies, all containing 0.3% tetrahyrdocannabinol, or THC, the psychoactive element also found in marijuana.
