Town Center Medical, located at 16545 Hwy. 59, Sugar Land, was sold Aug. 21 to Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. The Class A, 29,903-square-foot building was constructed in 2008 and sold by Houston Specialist Alliance Ltd., according to Robby Winston, vice president of Transwestern Commercial Services. He said the building is 100% occupied, and its anchor tenant is Houston ENT and Allergy. Transwestern's Healthcare Advisory Services group, which included Winston, Eric Johnson, Lisa Bovermann and Brooks Creech, represented the seller. “The Town Center Medical disposition highlights the robust demand for stabilized, on-campus medical office buildings in the Houston metro area,” Winston said in a press release. “Sophisticated health care real estate investors continue to be optimistic about long-term yields from core medical office assets.”
