Dr. Amito Chandiwal said he is building a medical office space at 167 Citadel Way, Sugar Land. The 10,156-square-foot building, being developed by Abhian Properties, is expected to be completed in January and be named Citadel Park. Abhian purchased the property in August 2018, according to Fort Bend County Appraisal District records. Chandiwal said the first tenant will be a pediatric dental office, which will occupy approximately 3,300 square feet of space.
