The Village at Riverstone shopping center is planned for the Riverstone master-planned community in Sugar Land. Located at the intersection of University Boulevard and LJ Parkway, the $30.5 million property will have 165,000 square feet of retail, including a 100,000-square-foot Kroger grocery store.
Regency Centers is building the project, which is expected to begin construction in the first quarter of 2017 and open in spring 2018.
