Fajita Pete’s is scheduled to open in mid-December at its newest location at 6144 Sienna Ranch Rd. Ste. 700, Missouri City. In addition to their homemade fajitas, the restaurant also offers traditional Tex-Mex fare, including enchiladas, quesadillas and nachos.
