A new Schlotzsky’s location is expected to open in the University Commons shopping center at 13590 University Blvd., Ste. 500, Sugar Land, on June 27. The Atlanta-based sandwich chain is known for its baked-from-scratch bread and simple ingredients. Its menu includes sliders, flatbread pizzas and salads. The location does not have a phone number, but the corporate number is 800-846-2867. www.schlotzskys.com
