ExtraSpace Storage is building a storage location at 15025 Voss Road, Sugar Land, that will be managed by its CubeSmart brand. The 94,000-square-foot facility will have about 750 units in sizes ranging from 5 feet-by-5 feet to 10 feet-by-30 feet. Most of the units will be interior climate-controlled, and there will be office hours and security. The building is expected to be completed in February. www.cubesmart.com
