Tropical Smoothie Cafe will open two locations: Franchisee Binu Agrawal has one at 7022 Hwy. 6, Missouri City, that will open in the summer. Franchise owners Andy and Mina Patel are set to open in the spring at 13445 University Blvd., Sugar Land. The Florida-based chain offers a casual eatery atmosphere serving smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads and bowls all made with fresh ingredients. 770-821-1900. www.tropicalsmoothiecafe.com
