An El Tiempo Cantina offering fajitas, margaritas and other classic Tex-Mex staples is coming to 12710 Hwy. 59, Stafford. Executive Assistant Marketing Director Mary Campos confirmed the restaurant group is planning for a May opening and working to finalize an exact opening date as the building is still being constructed.
