Construction on the Village at Riverstone commercial center should be completed in early December, according to the property manager, Regency Centers.

A 100,000-square-foot Kroger was the first to open in the center, located at 18861 University Blvd., Sugar Land, in August.

After the dust settles, some of these businesses will begin opening in December:
