Toast Breakfast & Lunch is scheduled to open in April 2019 at The Crossing at Telfair, 300 Promenade Way, Sugar Land. The menu is still in the planning stages, but owner Renda Hoang said that for breakfast diners can expect breakfast plates, tacos, breakfast sandwiches, kolaches, croissant doughnuts and gourmet pancakes. Coffee, lattes and cappuccinos will be available along with local craft beers on tap. A brunch and lunch menu is to be determined, and all menu items are subject to change before the restaurant opens. 713-924-8688.
