Apex Executive Suites coming to the Marcel District in Sugar Land’s Riverstone area next year

The Marcel Group real estate firm is planning to open Apex Executive Suites, a co-working space, at the Marcel District, a new development coming to the corner of University Boulevard and LJ Parkway. Both the District and Apex Executive Suites are expected to have a soft opening in March, with a grand opening in early summer 2020. The fully furnished co-working space will offer a modern design and amenities, said Marcel Group founder Vernon Veldekens. Clients will be able to sign weekly, monthly and annual memberships.
